Instructions:

1. Download from the link above.

2. Once downloaded, right click on it from File Manager and choose “Install”

3. The next time you run WriteLog, and choose File New, there will be a “WRTC 2010 Participant” selection.

4. In order for it to get the intercontinental QSO point rule correct, you must set this WRITELOG.INI entry to a prefix in IARU zone 29. Here is what I did:

5. If you want the IARU officials to be grouped with HQ stations instead of separately, you must find and edit the installed file, WRTC2010.INI in the programs directory. In that file, remove the four lines corresponding to AC,R1,R2,R3. Now when you run the module, the Iaru column in Band Summary is the last to the right and, if you removed the entries from WRTC2010.INI, then they will always be zero (so you may size the Band Summary window smaller.) And there will be no Iaru Officials page of multipliers. AC,R1,R2,R3 will show up in the Hq page.

6. The module can be un-installed with a right click and “Uninstall”, or from Control Panel/Add-Remove-Programs
